Job Description
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reconciling bank statements and balancing the general ledger each month
- Confirm compliance with IRS rules
- Manages and maintains accuracy of all fixed assets
- Handle billing processes including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Collect and analyze data about operational cost and assist in budget preparation
- Process weekly payroll
- Prepare journal entries as needed for monthly closing process
- Calculate and process intercompany transactions
- Respond to information request by management and outside auditors
- Support other company accountants as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
